Our programs are made possible in line with Partners' mission by combining the resources of government and private sector in order to provide services to minorities and the disadvantaged in our communities.
Partners recognizes the necessity of obtaining quality, affordable housing in order to provide stability to families and individuals. Once this need has been met, people can concentrate on personal and financial growth. Towards this end, Partners has developed a housing development for families with dependent children and individuals.
Partners' Community Services program provide assistance to the general population in Sheboygan County through various services to achieve their potential, by improving their economic situation, increase their knowledge and education, develop their skills, and promoting their integration into the Sheboygan community.
Our increasing population has demanded ever more capacity from our rebuilding services and our natural energy resources. Partners focuses on providing the best home remodeling, housing rehabilitation, and residential energy conservation in our community.
Partners' Housing Programs helps with stabilizing communities that have suffered foreclosures, and can make the dream of homeownership possible through the acquisition and rehabilitation of homes for the low-to-moderate income eligible individuals and families.
