Located in the city of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, Partners for Community Development, Inc. (P4CD) is a non-profit organization, proudly serves area residents with financial assistance for issues relating to homeownership. Through its work to provide families with safe, warm, energy efficient and affordable homes, we have help build stability in our community by creating stronger families since 1975.

 

Through our various financial assistance programs, our outstanding and caring staff helps residents with needed home repairs, weatherization assistance, and down payments for the purchase of homes in our serviceable areas.

 

Partners' is also one of the 31 Weatherization Operators for the State of Wisconsin that provides a comprehensive range of high quality home rehabilitations and energy conservation services to the communities, delivered by a professional team of directly employed trade operatives.

 

Using locally recruited people, we pride ourselves on having well trained, motivated and highly skilled trade operatives to deliver front line services. They are supported by a friendly team of staff in our agency which handles more than 20,000 applications every year.
