Edward V. Surek is
currently the Director of Human Resources and
Labor Relations for the City of Sheboygan. He
received his B.A. Degree from Loyola University of
Chicago and earned a M.A. of Science Degree in
Business from Lake Forest College in Lake Forest,
Illinois. Edward is a member of the Society of Human
Resource Management and Wisconsin Public Employers
Labor Relations Association. He
is also on the Advisory Board for the Sheboygan
Salvation Army, Racine Salvation Army,

Mr.
Botana was born in Havana, Cuba. He lived in Cuba
and in
Spain before coming to the United States in 1965. He
moved to
Sheboygan County in 1981 after he finished his
education at
Roosevelt University in Chicago and obtaining his
CPA certification. He married his wife,
Kit from Elkhart Lake,
and they have two children,
JD and Kay Ann. He worked at Kohler
Company for ten years in a variety of International
Accounting and Project positions.
He, then joined Lakeland College in 1990 and is
currently Vice President for Finance -
CFO. He also teaches part-time at Lakeland College
in Accounting courses,
not-for-profit Administration, and MBA programs. He
served on the "Communidad de
Amigos" and subsequently "Partners for Community
Development, Inc" boards from 1988
to 1993. He also serves as Treasurer of his church,
chairman of the National Christian
& Missionary Alliance audit committee, and treasurer
and soccer coach for the Kiel
Soccer Club.

Lucarelli have been with Wells Fargo for three (3)

Richard Seidemann is a Labor Market Analyst for the
State of
Wisconsin Department of
Workforce Development. He is a graduate in business
administration from the University
of Wisconsin-Parkside. Richard has worked

State of Wisconsin in placement,
Veterans programs, and AFDC work programs since
1972. Since 1984, Richard has
worked as a Labor Market Analyst for the Lake
Michigan region (Door, Kewaunee,
Manitowoc, and Sheboygan Counties) as well as the
W-O-W (Waukesha, Ozaukee, and
Washington Counties) area of the state. Currently

Donna is
currently the President/CEO of Sheboygan County
YMCA. She
is a lifelong resident of Sheboygan County and a
graduate of Sheboygan South High School.
Donna has earned her BA in Sociology from Lakeland
College in 1972 and a MS Degree in
Management from Cardinal Stritch University in May
of 1992. She has served on the Board of
Directors for the Sheboygan Area School District
Referendum Committee, Lifestream Women's
Advisory Council, Healthy Sheboygan County 2010, and
