Who is Partners?
Partners for Community Development, Inc. is a community based
non-profit organization focusing on providing quality housing related services
to the low-to-moderate income families and to the minorities
in the Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and Ozaukee Counties.

What programs are available at Partners?
Partners for Community Development, Inc. is currently
offering these programs to assist the people in
our community:

Weatherization
Insulation of drywalls, sidings, foundation, etc.
Free for qualified
individuals or families.

Rehabilitation and Accessibility
Bring old houses up to HUD Housing Quality
Standards, City, and State Codes.
Assistance will be 50% grant, 50% deferred
loan

Homebuyers
Assistance
Help pre-qualified home mortgage individuals with the down payments and
closing
costs of purchasing a home.

Limited
English Proficiency
Help the limited English people to access sources of the community and help
them becoming self-sufficient.
Townhouses rent available to families with dependent children at affordable
prices
or based on income.

Home Performance with Energy Star
Help homeowners make energy efficient improvements to their homes at
minimal
costs to homeowners.

Partners for
Community Development, Inc. provide our services to anyone low in income in our
serviceable area (Sheboygan, Ozaukee, and Manitowoc counties).

Do I have to be pre-qualified for any of the
program(s)?
No. As long as your
income is less than or at the County Median Income guidelines for your family
size.
Partners for Community Development, Inc. reserve the right to deemed you
qualified or not qualified under Partners' Programs.

What are the steps to applying for any program(s)?
First, you should
contact Partners for Community Development, Inc. and express your interests in
Partners' Program(s). Second, contact the manager of the program and ask for an
application.
